Current Developments

  • Further characterizing the function of CD117 in prostate cancer cell progression and migration.
  • Use live cell imaging and 3D microfluidics to track competition between CD117+ and negative cells through proliferation, scratch healing, invasion, trans-endothelial migration, and sphere formation.
  • Demonstrate the localization and composition of co-injected cells through tissue sectioning.
